SITE COST CALCULATOR
How to use:
The Local Costs shown are averages. After reading the explanatory Notes, enter your own local costs and click the Calculate button (the $ symbol indicates the money in your local currency). Profit/Loss is based on the Local Costs you enter. Loss is shown in red. Keep adjusting your Local Costs until you get a satisfactory (profit) result, pressing the Calculate button each time.
Keep in mind that the distance you are located from the centre of an urban area will impact your costs. Generally the further away you are the better the economics of a DME Unit. The closer you are to an urban area, the higher the nut prices are and the harder it is to get good mature nuts. Labour costs are also much higher. However, your market potential is greater.
IF YOU ARE THE OWNER OF A COCONUT FARM/PLANTATION USE THIS OPTIONAL CALCULATOR TO UNDERSTAND THE AVAILABILITY OF YOUR RESOURCE
